This delivery/set up team was amazing. She handled me with care through the entire process seeing I am a out of state customer. She even sent me a video at completion... I am a happy customer.

Stephanie was AMAZING to work with! She answered all of my questions right away and worked with me to make the displays for my twins perfect! I got to meet her while she was setting up my yard, and she was so pleasant and eager to make it look exactly right! My kids were so excited and surprised to wake up to her displays! They loved how customized they were to their likes and hobbies, and they adored everything about it! I will definitely use MSL again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking to make an event special! Thank you, Stephanie!

Customer Service was excellent!! The quality of the product was excellent (wish I could show you but it’s a surprise😀). Will post later!!! Ms. Stephanie was patient, helpful and honest. She called back several times to make sure I had confirmed what I wanted. It was mailed in perfect condition. No bends or tears in the package. My ordering experience was excellent. Excellent customer service! great communication, beautiful, high quality, and creative celebration signs. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's birthday sign was put up despite the awful weather. They even came back to adjust the sign. Hands down BEST customer service. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend.

It has solid 5-star reviews for a reason. GREAT customer service, easy ordering and reasonable prices! I asked for a welcome sign for my husband after deployment and Ms. Stephanie took care of my order exceeding my expectations. They come and install it and then remove it without issue. I will definitely continue using their services. Can’t recommend them enough!
