Our Policies

Payment & Delivery

  • Lock in the Fun: Secure your reservation by making payment at the time of booking is a MUST.
  • Spread the Word: Make sure someone’s in the know at home about our evening delivery.
  • Pets on Pause: Before we roll out, ensure all furry friends are safely tucked away. No roaming allowed!
  • Weatherproof Party: Protect our signs from trimmers—they can be quite the mischief-makers!
  • No Playing Around: Please keep all adventurers, big and small, from climbing or playing on the lawn greetings display.
  • Handle with Care: Treat our display with TLC—no moving things around, please!
  • Sign Savvy: Our signs are part of the fun—please don’t toss them or mess with our artwork. They’re our babies!
  • Balloon Ban: Keep balloons away from our setup; they get hot and might cause mischief!
  • Timing is Everything: If you’ve got a lawn crew scheduled, get them in before we set up our grand display.
  • Strike a Pose: Snap away next to our display for some awesome photos, but let our signs stay rooted in the ground.
  • Maryland Stork Lady, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rentals.

Inclement Weather

  • All reservations are weather permitting.  Frozen ground can make installation difficult and will be assessed throughout the winter.   
  • If we are not able to install your card due to severe weather, you may apply that payment to another date or have a refund issued.
  • Severe weather may be severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, excessively cold windchills, and warnings of tornado outbreaks and our severe droughts making the ground impossible to hold stakes.

Refund Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, frozen ground, snowstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other severe weather that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.  In these cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a different date.
  • No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
  • No refunds will be given due to the recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.
  • No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
  • No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
  • No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.
